Orders and scope
An online order covers only the inspection service and scope described on the applicable product page and order confirmation. Additional visits, documentation, access conditions, travel, testing, or changed conditions may require revised pricing or a separate proposal.
Scheduling and site access
Scheduling is subject to availability and receipt of complete project information. The customer is responsible for safe and timely site access, required permits and documents, and readiness of the work to be inspected.
Pricing and payment
Published prices apply to eligible online orders as presented at checkout. Taxes, travel, additional services, rescheduling, or project-specific requirements may be added where disclosed or approved.
Cancellations and changes
Notify EZTR1 promptly if a visit must be changed or cancelled. Fees may apply when notice is late, an inspector is already dispatched, access is unavailable, or the work is not ready.
No guarantee of agency approval
Inspection services and reports do not guarantee permit issuance, agency acceptance, project approval, or correction of work outside the agreed scope.
